In May of 2007 and again in June of 2008 I engaged Mr. Russ Qureshi to sell my townhouse property on North Road in Gibsons. I found that during the periods the property was listed for sale, Russ provided me with continuous updates in a timely and efficient manner not only on the property but as to the climate fo the real estate market on the Sunshine Coast. Russ worked hard and diligently on my behalf and with his real estate colleagues to obtain a suitable buyer and the best possible price for the property. When my wife and I found a great retirement property and made the decision to sell our condo, we called on Russ Qureshi to help. Russ came in and did a free property evaluation that we took to the bank to start the paperwork for bridge financing. Within days, he had our property listed on the MLS, together with realtor Dave Brackett, and scheduled the first open house.
